Simi Valley
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library The Reagan Library in Simi Valley California sits high on a hill with views of future housing
development sights. The museum is nice, but not as cool as the Bush Library. The building is a southwestern ranch style with stucco walls and tile roofs.
Compared to the Bush Library the displays are fairly basic. I particularly liked the chest X-ray from the assassination attempt showing the bullet and chest tube.
The cruise missile deactivated under the INF treaty was interesting too.
There is much more on Nancy Regan at the Regan library than there is on Barbara Bush at the Bush library. Mostly on Nancy's dresses and style, including the controversial new White House china.
The gift shop sells Jelly Belly jelly beans. I bought some licorice ones.
Yerba Buena On the walk between the Ansel Adams Center and the Museum of Modern Art is this building I like.
